– Kanye West samples Davido ‘s “IF”
American rapper who recently declared his loyalty for Jesus, Kanye West, along with his choir band, was recently filmed ministering a gospel song which sampled “If” by Nigerian Afrobeats artiste Davido.
Ever since his conversion the “Jesus Walks” rapper continues to find ways to make his new calling, gospel music more relatable. In the clip, the Grammy award-winning rapper who was garbed in a blue sweatshirt can be seen nodding his head to the rendition of the choir.
Kanye just remixed @davido's "IF".

Although “If” was released in February of 2017, it was re-released as track 5 on Davido’s recently released “A Good Time”. The song won Best Pop Single and Song of the Year at The Headies 2018.
Davido also posted the clip on Monday. Kanye West swapped the chorus of “If” with “We Love You” as the instrumentalist strummed the beats that remind of the over-96-million-viewed song. The “We Love You” chorus is apparently a rehash of “If.”
Meanwhile, Kanye West was earlier spotted in Miami, US, on Sunday, December 8, with his whole band literally wearing silver. The American was on sight for his second opera, Mary, held at Miami Marine Stadium on the final day of Art Basel. From head to toe, the 42-year-old was painted in silver with a baggy silvery outfit.
