A Plateau-based cleric, Prophet Isa El-Buba, has been invited by the Department of State Services (DSS) to appear at its Jos office on Tuesday.
It was learned that the invitation of Prophet Isa El-Buba, who is the general overseer of the Evangelical Bible Outreach Ministries, was not unrelated to attending last Sunday’s prayer walk, which was organized by #EndSARS protesters in Jos, the capital of Plateau State.
During the prayer walk between the Old Airport roundabout and the Secretariat Junction, which attracted a large number of young people, the prophet insisted that Nigeria should be free from evil leadership.
A member of his church, who did not want to be named, confirmed to the invitation to The Punch’s correspondent in Jos on Tuesday.
“The DSS asked him to be present at their office today (Tuesday),” the source said. “He is yet to be released after arriving at their office around 10 a.m.”
El-Buba’s bio on Twitter reads that he is a “Husband, Father, Preacher of holiness, Radical Believer, Prophet call to raise militant that will take the kingdom of the devil by surprise.”
