Seye Saxophonista (Birth name: Adeseye Fayeun) is a famous Nigerian saxophonist, composer, and music performer. He is known for his soulful melodies and captivating stage presence, which have earned him a global following. Seye was born on July 1 in Akure, Nigeria, into a music-loving family.
Seye began his music journey at the young age of 5 by playing local drums before transitioning to the saxophone at 14. He honed his skills at the Universal Music Institute in Akure, Ondo State. He later graduated with a degree in Microbiology from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti.

His professional music career began in 2007 when he formed a group of horn players called the Fantastic 4, performing at various notable events. This group ultimately evolved into his live band, Seye & Vibes Band. In 2013, he released his debut single, “HYMNOLOGY,” a medley of popular hymns that received widespread acclaim. He has since released numerous singles, including “Hymnology 2,” “Yawdah,” “All the Way,” “Alewilese,” “Jo,” “Living Word,” and “Ijo Ope.” His debut album, “Jehovah Tsidkenu,” was released in 2017, propelling him onto the international stage.
Seye is a passionate musician and founded the “SEYE Saxophonista Series,” which includes a state-of-the-art music facility designed to support aspiring musicians.
