Pastor Jerry Eze, Lead Pastor of Streams of Joy International, on Tuesday led a special New Year prayer session to formally unveil Cubana Millennium City, a landmark hilltop real estate development in Asaba, Delta State.
The prayer session marked the official spiritual dedication and opening of the project for the 2026 business year.
Cubana Millennium City is a flagship real estate project promoted by the Chairman of Cubana Group, Chief Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana.

The development is strategically located along the Benin–Asaba–Onitsha Expressway and is in close proximity to the Asaba International Airport.
Speaking during the ceremony, Obi Cubana said there was no better way to begin the New Year than to commit such a transformational project into God’s hands.
“This project represents vision, faith, and long-term commitment to development. We believe that God is the ultimate giver of life and success, and dedicating Cubana Millennium City to Him at the start of the year is both symbolic and strategic.
“Having Pastor Jerry Eze here today signifies our belief that this project carries divine backing and purpose,” he stated.
