Pastor Andrew Emajere of COGA Ministries has questioned former Nollywood actress and evangelist Tonto Dikeh’s decision to establish a prayer ministry in Abuja.
Emajere raised concerns about Dikeh’s spiritual preparation and questioned what qualified her to establish and lead a church.
Speaking during a sermon, the pastor asked what Dikeh knew about the spiritual realm that convinced her to open a prayer ministry.
He also questioned the speed of her transition into ministry, referencing her public appearance at Pastor Jerry Eze’s church and asking how she had progressed to becoming a General Overseer.

“Which day did she repent in Pastor Jerry Eze’s church that she is already a General Overseer?” Emajere questioned.
The pastor further criticized what he described as the ease with which people establish churches in Nigeria, arguing that the development has contributed to Christianity not being taken seriously.
“If I become president, before you can open a church you must pass through screening,” he said, calling for prospective church founders to undergo some form of vetting before establishing ministries.
Emajere also questioned the substantial financial investment reportedly associated with Dikeh’s new ministry, asking how the project came about.
Dikeh recently unveiled her prayer ministry in Abuja, marking another chapter in her publicly documented Christian journey after becoming increasingly vocal about her faith and spiritual experiences.
