Popular Nigerian gospel minister and worship leader, Dunsin Oyekan, has announced plans for a building project aimed at establishing a permanent site for the Upper Room worship gathering.
The announcement marks a significant development for the Upper Room, a worship movement associated with Oyekan’s Code Red ministry, which has continued to draw believers together for extended moments of worship, prayer and spiritual encounters.
Upper Room is designed as a gathering where Christians come together to seek God’s presence, inspired by the biblical account of the disciples’ gathering in the upper room following the ascension of Jesus Christ.

Over time, the worship gathering has attracted participants from different parts of Nigeria, with meetings held in cities including Lagos and Abuja. The ministry has also continued to expand its reach beyond Nigeria, with an upcoming gathering in Nairobi, Kenya.
The proposed permanent site is expected to provide a dedicated space for the movement’s activities and accommodate its growing vision of bringing believers together through worship and fellowship.
The announcement has generated interest among followers of the gospel minister, particularly those who have been part of the Upper Room experience.
