The Senior Pastor of Kingsway International Christian Centre in London, Matthew Ashimolowo has shared his thoughts on the controversial tithing issues that has been going viral in the country.

The 65 years old man of God was at 2017 Economic Summit of the Master’s Place Int’l Church (TMP) at Effurun-Warri, Delta State which was tagged  ‘Becoming a Financial Giant.’ and used the medium to discuss the controversial issue.

The founder and senior pastor announced that he has given out two Hummer Jeeps, and at least 35 other cars over the last three and a half years.

According to him, these cars were from his own personal capacity. The popular Nigeria-born pastor and televangelist supposedly said this in an attempt to prove the critics wrong.

Still responding to people who say that pastors use tithes to live lavishly, Ashimolowo advised them to stop being ignorant.

Pastor Ashimolowo had earlier commented on the controversial topic about two weeks ago while saying that the ownership of private jets is a blessing.
