STAND: THE PROJECT, is a project embarked upon by Gospel artist Zionaire. According to him,
- “The idea is a simple one born out of the passion for music and desire to promote mutual understanding, love, oneness of purpose among gospel musicians, artistes and producers towards achieving the goal and whole essence of the gospel which is spreading the GOOD NEWS.”
The convener, Adenuga Omobola Aka Zionaire who is a Gospel artist, Music Director, promoter and a Brand consultant, told SelahAfrik that he intends to get both the famous and upcoming, older and young generation gospel artistes and musicians, then bring them together in a recording studio, and record an uplifting song that will bless the people.
The project which also seeks to promote Nigerian Gospel Music, will have the fused gospel sensations record two tracks “OHUN” (voice) a praise song in Yoruba language and “JEHOVAH ABLE”. Both songs will enjoy the expertise of one of Nigeria’s finest producer Sammy Young a.k.a Baba Onilu.
Among those Signed in for the project “STAND” includes Nikki Laoye, Sabina, Soji Israel(USA), Psalmos,Vivien Stephens,Bumie(USA), Patricia King, Studio,Mike Abdul, Monique, Anu(USA),Nene Soul’diva, Ada, Liora, Okey sokey just to mention few.
