Gospel music artiste Sola Soetan has emerged the winner of the Football Fans Chant competition, Sola Soetan emerged the winner from the final 4 which included BLW’s T-Sharp, Leke Daramola and Humblesmith. The grand finale of the competition took place last week Friday – the 19th of September 2014 at the Oriental Hotal, Lagos.
Sola Soetan walked away with N5million and has recorded the remix of the winning song with Nigerian artiste Mr. Songz, the video of the remix also featured the Nine other contestant.
The competition which started during the world cup had fans across Nigeria record and upload a football-themed chant for the Football Fans Chant Competition. From over 200 wonderful entries, a panel of celebrity judges including DJ Jimmy Jatt and TY Mix selected the Top 10. Each of the Top 10 chants were made available as callertunez, and the final 4 contestants were selected based on number of Callertunez downloads.
