Mountain Of Fire Insists Churches Would Still Remain Closed

The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), has revealed its decision on reopening of worship centers across the country.

Following the directive by the Lagos state government on the reopening of churches in the state, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries has insisted that the church would continue to transmit its services live on television and will not open for physical service for now.

The Chairman, MFM Media Committee, Pastor Oladele Bank-Olemoh, who disclosed this, said adequate notice would be given before the resumption of physical services. According to him, the decision was taken because of the ongoing provision of adequate measures and installation of facilities to ensure successful reopening.

While also stressing the stand of the General overseer of the church, Dr Odukoya he said “The General Overseer, Dr Odukoya considered the safety implication of reopening the service in view of its crowded services, prayer and deliverance nature; vibrancy and the peculiarity of her worship modes.”

The church hence called on his members to continue to fellowship through the media platforms already provided. The ministry reminded members that services have not resumed yet, saying adequate notice will be given before the services resume.
