-Pastor Greg Laurie To Host Jesus Revolution Baptism At Pirates Cove Beach
Megachurch pastor, Greg Laurie is set to hold a massive wide baptism at the historic Pirates Cove Beach, next month.
The historic beach where the Jesus Movement held so many sessions of baptism, will once again be revived as thousands will gather to declare their faith in Christ this summer.
Greg Laurie of Harvest Church will be hosting the “Jesus Revolution” church-wide baptism on July 8 at Pirates Cove in Corona Del Mar, CA. The event had been initially planned for July 9 but had to be moved to a different day after an overwhelming response from people wanting to be baptized.
Pastor Greg Laurie shared on social media, “Important Update! Due to the overwhelming response to our upcoming Jesus Revolution baptism at Pirate’s Cove Beach, we have moved the baptism to Saturday, July 8, at 8:00 AM.

“This will give us additional time to make sure no one is turned away, and everyone gets an opportunity to be baptized! The immense response from individuals desiring to be baptized is genuinely remarkable! It’s a clear testament to the revival that is happening in individual hearts and minds and the profound impact of the Jesus Revolution film.
“We continue to pray that this sense of revival will continue to grow stronger and spread across the nation.”
Greg Laurie was also baptized at the Pirates Cove during the Jesus Movement in the 1970s.
