Last Sunday the 10th of November was Kenny K’ore’s #HolyHollaEngage. Holy Holla is the Gospel Radio show that features Interviews, Music Charts and discussion on Rhythm 93.7fm on Sundays at 9am.
The Gospel music minister spoke extensively on his music ministry, personality and family with Gozzim, Arthur and the rest of the house.
Kenny who said he loves his life – what God has made of it right now – remarked that years earlier, he wouldn’t have been able to reconcile his present position with where he was.
On breaking out of Infinity of the “Olori Oko” fame, Kenny said he acted in accordance to what he heard from God, an echo of what he had earlier revealed to SelahAfrik
“It’s either I’d heard from God or I was just plain ***” Kenny commented, comparing the results of the present days.
Kenny also mentioned that while he appreciated all the awards he has gotten, he feels Gospel award should be based on Godly principles, an element which is fast depreciating in some of the award ceremonies.
Talking on why Secular platforms do not promote Gospel content, he said there is nothing wrong with the idea, what is wrong is the church closing up funds within the four walls of there denomination. “The church needs to realise that evangelism has gone beyond the basic frontiers… Entertainment is a form of Evangelism,” Kenny K’ore said.
