One thing I’ve learnt with leading people almost all my life in different capacities is that everyone has an Iidea but not everyone has the Rroad map to these ideas in your team.
You need to listen to them however be very careful how you listen to everything or else everything breaks! No matter their CV or experience, I want to believe there’s a reason for you being their leader at this time.
Don’t shout “leadership” every time, shout “order” more than anything else!!
If you can’t lead from behind, you just might just be a terrible leader. Who do you listen to, What do you listen for and How do you listen!?
